11 NCAC 12 .0462             SUITABILITY IN ANNUITY TRANSACTIONS

(a)  The NAIC Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation (#275) ("NAIC Model Regulation #275"), as adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners at the Spring National Meeting of 2020, including subsequent amendments and editions, is hereby incorporated by reference. (b)  As used in NAIC Model Regulation #275, "insert reference to enabling legislation" means S.L. 2017-136.
